As a client of Marlink, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for our services. You are also responsible for adhering to LinkedIn's terms and conditions and policies.

3. Payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided to you. Payments are due in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

4. Confidentiality

Marlink will maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including campaign strategies and proprietary data. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with content, designs, and strategies created by Marlink remain with Marlink unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

6. Termination

You have the right to terminate our services at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Marlink may also terminate services for non-compliance with these Terms or other violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marlink is committed to delivering high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific results. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or costs incurred in connection with the use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Marlink harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or any violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Marlink reserves the right to modify or update these Terms as necessary. We will notify clients of any changes. Your continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
